This results in optimisation of your equipment, therefore increasing operational productivity.  

 

 In other words, with the readings of the 6 gases combined with the DPM readings, we can direct your maintenance crew to look for specific possible faults within the engine and minimize maintenance downtime.

Infralyt ELD 6 gas analyser

The gas analyser can measure 6 gases (splitting the NOx into NO & NO₂). The 6 diesel exhaust gases are as follows:

DPM 1.0 Analyser

Diesel particulate mass (DPM) is the total carbon emitted by a diesel engine. The DPM 1.0 Analyser can measure DPM concentration ranging from 0 – 300 mg/m³ with scattered laser technology.

Diesel Particulate Matter is well known for its harmful effects on human health and the environment. Mines are now able to detect, quantify, verify and certify DPM 1.0 utilising internationally accredited and European specification standards.

Opacilyt 1030

 

Smoke or opacity is the visible particles emitted from the exhaust. The Opacilyt 1030 measures the smoke with a light emitting technology, with a k-value ranging from 0 – 10,00 m^-1.
